transfactor.dev is the engineering brand of TRANSFACTOR TECHNOLOGIES S.R.L., a software development company based in Bucharest, Romania. Since 2015 we have designed, built, and shipped web products, AI systems, and internal tools for startups, small and mid-sized businesses, corporate innovation teams, and venture capital funds across Europe.

We work as one senior team across the full cycle: discovery, UX and UI design, architecture, implementation, deployment, and operations. There are no handovers between departments and no junior benches learning on your budget. Our pipeline is heavily AI-assisted, which is how a team our size delivers a deployed MVP in 4 to 6 weeks without cutting corners on quality or security.

We build products of our own, including Ergofon, an AI voice agent that answers business phone calls, and VarioBrowser. The portfolio is not client work only, so we know first-hand what it costs to run software in production, and we scope client work accordingly. Every engagement ends with you owning everything: the deployed application, the complete codebase, CI/CD setup, documentation, and a technical roadmap.
