A roadmap for AI use cases,
not a guess.

An AI opportunity workshop with the people who run your processes. It ends with a scored shortlist, a roadmap ready for stakeholder approval, and one proof of concept ready to start. The price is fixed and agreed before the workshop starts.

01 - The situation

Everyone has an AI idea. Few know which one to build first.

You need a ranked list of where to start with AI. You do not need another slide with fifty ideas on it.

Where AI initiatives stall

  • A vendor hands you a generic list of AI use cases for your industry.
  • Nobody scores the ideas, so the loudest voice in the room decides.
  • The process owners hear about the plan after someone else already picked it.
  • The business case rests on an idealized process diagram, not on real documents.

What the workshop does instead

  • We start with your process owners, not with a vendor's use case list.
  • We score every opportunity on impact and on feasibility, together with your team.
  • Your process owners select the shortlist. We do not pick it for them.
  • We analyze your real documents with AI tools, in hours, not weeks.

02 - What you get

Three things leave the workshop with you

Not a slide deck and not a generic report. A scored plan your team can act on.

01

A scored, ranked shortlist

Every candidate AI use case gets a score for impact and a score for feasibility. The scores set the order.

What it is

We map your process from end to end with your process owners. We collect the real documents behind it. We analyze them with AI tools. We then score every opportunity with the people who run the process.

Why it matters

You see which use case pays off first, based on evidence and not on an idealized process diagram.

02

A roadmap ready for stakeholder approval

A written roadmap for AI and digitalization that your stakeholders can approve.

What it is

The roadmap sets the order of the use cases. It names the trade-offs for each one. Where locations run the process differently, it recommends one standard process before any automation.

Why it matters

You bring one document into the approval meeting, not a set of loose ideas.

03

One proof of concept, ready to start

One use case, specified in enough detail for a team to start work at once.

What it is

We take the top-ranked use case from the shortlist. We write the full specification for it. The specification states the scope, the data it needs, and the result it must produce.

Why it matters

Your team, or ours, starts the build without a second discovery workshop first.

03 - How it runs

From first workshop to a ranked shortlist

Every step produces one concrete artifact. Your process owners score the shortlist with us, not after us.

Score, then rank

Every idea enters the matrix. Each candidate use case from the process owners gets a place.

Step 1

Discovery workshops

We map the process from end to end with your process owners, across every location.

Step 2

AI-assisted document analysis

We analyze the real documents and tools behind the process. Hours replace weeks of manual review.

Step 3

Score and rank

We score every opportunity on impact and on feasibility, together with your process owners.

Step 4

Roadmap and one proof of concept

You get a roadmap ready for stakeholder approval, and one proof of concept specified for an immediate start.

05 - Questions

Common questions

What is an AI readiness assessment?
An AI readiness assessment finds where AI pays off in your organization, before you build anything. Our version is workshop-first. We map your processes with the people who run them, and we analyze the real documents behind each process with AI tools. The result is a scored, ranked shortlist, not a generic list of use cases for your industry.
How is this different from the free workshops on your other pages?
The free assessment workshop on our SMB page, and the free proof-of-concept workshop on our corporate innovation page, are shorter sessions. Each one ends in a proposal for one build. This is a paid workshop with a wider scope. It produces a scored shortlist across your whole process, and a roadmap ready for stakeholder approval. It also includes one proof of concept, specified for an immediate start.
How much does the AI opportunity workshop cost?
We quote one fixed price before the workshop starts. The price depends on the number of processes, the number of locations, and the number of process owners in the room. We agree the scope and the price in a written quote before the work starts. No variable invoice follows the workshop.
Do we need a separate process discovery workshop first?
No. Process discovery is the first step inside this workshop, not a separate purchase. We map the process from end to end with your process owners, in the same workshop. We run the AI-assisted document analysis and score each opportunity in the same weeks. You leave with the roadmap, not with a request for a second workshop.
Is this workshop built for manufacturing, or does it work for other industries?
We built the method on an industrial case: a European factory network with offer, order, and project management processes. The same method applies to any organization that runs on documented processes across more than one team or location. Manufacturing and industrial service networks are where we have the deepest experience. Ask about your industry in the first call. We will tell you honestly if the method fits.
What happens after the roadmap? Do you build the proof of concept?
The roadmap and the shortlist are yours either way. Many clients continue with us to build the specified proof of concept, since we already know the process and the data. Some clients take the roadmap to their own team or to another vendor. We do not require a decision at the end of the workshop.
